Homemovers are the most valuable consumers. Outside of the buying of their home, a staggering £12 billion is spent every year.
According to TwentyCi, the following top 5 purchases are made by homemovers:

2 – Beds
3 – Dining Tables & Chairs
4 – Carpets & Flooring
5 – Soft Furnishings
Beyond the top 5, further money is spent on Kitchens and Bathrooms, Electricals, and DIY.
This spending pattern has a significant increase in demand in the three months prior to a move, peaking in the month of the move, and continuing for up to six months post-move.
